Panopto Service Disruption
Update: This issue has been resolved. IT identified a configuration issue in the network and applied a fix. Remote recorder connectivity has been restored and recordings from this morning are processing. We will continue to monitor the situation and check content playback is running as expected.
What is happening?
We are tracking an incident with the university network and have detected an issue with our remote recorders, meaning that some lecture capture recordings might not process. We have also contacted the vendor to report this issue.
How does this affect me?
Our recorders should maintain schedules and lecture capture recordings are in progress. We are keeping track of the network issue and will post an update on this site when we have an update, or the issue is resolved.
