Resolved: Minerva - Intermittent Issues

Our supplier has advised that the issue causing staff and students to intermittently see errors with content loading in Minerva is now resolved.

The nature of this means that some individual computers may still experience issues although this will usually resolve itself. If you are still experiencing problems and have administrative rights to your computer, you can speed up a resolution by clearing the local DNS cache. Instructions on how to clear cache for different operating systems (external link) are available. If this does not resolve your issue, accessing Minerva via the Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) is recommended.
