Resolved: Minerva - module Banner images not loading

On 18 March, we reported an issue in Minerva where module Banner images and Learning Module thumbnails may fail to load. The issue typically affected students, who may have also seen an error message as part of this issue.

This issue was resolved by our supplier on 28 March 2025.
