What's happening?

Turnitin will undergo a five-hour maintenance window between 15:00 to 20:00 GMT on Saturday 20 April 2024.

How will this affect me?

During this period Turnitin and Gradescope users will experience service disruption and access via Minerva and the mobile application will be unavailable.

Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken?. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
