Turnitin Digital Submission Receipts Issue with some web browsers

We have received reports that some students are experiencing an issue when trying to download digital submission receipts using the Safari web browser.

What is the issue?

When clicking on the download option it appears as if this is loading, but no receipt is downloaded. This is an ongoing issue and is under investigation with our supplier. Although the majority of issues are being reported by users of the Safari web browser, we are aware that some Chrome users may also be affected.

How can I resolve this?

For the majority of users this is resolved by using a different browser. If using a different browser does not work, please raise a ticket through the IT Service Desk. An update will be provided when we have further information. In the meantime, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
