Turnitin Inbox Display Issue

We have received reports that some users are experiencing an issue when opening a Turnitin submission inbox. This appears to be an issue with the page trying to resize inbox columns when it is above a certain pixel size. Colleagues may see the inbox window flickering rapidly and will be unable to open any submissions.

This is an ongoing issue and is under investigation with the vendor.

How does it affect me?

You may encounter this issue when opening a Turnitin submission inbox in your module. As a workaround, we have found the issues cease if you make the window smaller or use a full screen to view the submission. Alternatively, the inbox can be viewed in a different browser.
