Turnitin: Intermittent Issue
We are investigating an intermittent issue where the Turnitin interface is freezing, and grades and comments entered are not being retained. We have reported this to Turnitin who are currently investigating the issue.
Who is this affecting?
This currently appears to be affecting only a small number of staff users.
What can I do to resolve this?
If you are affected, we would recommend logging a ticket via the IT website and accessing Turnitin through a different browser or the VPN.
We will provide an update on investigations and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
