Turnitin Unexpected Service Issue: 01 April 2026

Our supplier reported that Turnitin was affected by a service issue which may have affected some users accessing Turnitin between 04:00 and 06:11 BST on 1st April 2026.
Some users may have encountered delays when attempting to load Similarity reports and possible errors when accessing Turnitin via Minerva.
The supplier has resolved the issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
