Turnitin: Unexpected Service Issue

The Digital Education Systems Team have been informed that there is an unexpected service issue and users of Turnitin may be experiencing system issues.

Turnitin is the University’s plagiarism detection and marking tool.

This may have resulted in issues accessing the service including slowness when opening Similarity Reports and receiving errors when attempting to grade or add feedback.

Turnitin are aware and are working to restore the service to optimal levels.
