Withdrawal: StREAM@Leeds Learning Analytics Platform

Due to continuing data issues with the platform, resulting in inaccurate information being presented to staff and students, the University has found it necessary to withdraw access to StREAM@Leeds with immediate effect.

What happens now?

The University will continue to explore how learning analytics can be used to support the student experience and alternative routes to insights are currently being established to continue the work in student success.

Students – Who is my Academic Personal Tutor?

You can find the name of your Academic Personal Tutor in PebblePad.

1. Login to PebblePad using your university username and password.
2. Click on the blue globe icon in the top-left of the screen. This will take you to the ATLAS Dashboard.
3. Under Workspaces I am a member of, click on the name of your School’s APT Workspace. It will begin APT. This will take you to the workspace.
4. Click on the Community tab.
5. Click on the MANAGERS tab. The name of your Academic Personal Tutor should be listed under the Display Name column.

Staff – Who are my Academic Personal Tutees?

You can find the names of your Academic Personal Tutees in PebblePad.

1. Login to PebblePad using your university username and password.
2. Click on the blue globe icon in the top-left of the screen. This will take you to the ATLAS Dashboard.
3. Under Workspaces I am a member of, click on the name of your School’s APT Workspace. It will begin APT. This will take you to the workspace.
4. Click on Management tab.
5. Click on the Sets tab. You will see the Sets you are a tutor of. In most cases, there will be only one, and it should have your username as the Set title.
6. Click the Set title and you will see your list of tutees.
