We have received reports of issues affecting users accessing Minerva via Safari version 16.3.  This may be related to older versions of the Apple operating system (OS) and the Safari browser.

How does this affect me?

You may see a purple loading circle when trying to access Minerva.

What can I do to fix this?

We recommend that you upgrade to Safari version 16.4 or a later web browser version, guidance on how to do this can be found on the Apple support site.
