There will be essential maintenance taking place on Mediasite, the University's Lecture Capture and Media Management System, and VideoLeeds on Saturday 15 July 2023 between 12:00am – 6:00am BST.

How will this affect me?

During this time, Mediasite and VideoLeeds will be unavailable and you won’t be able to play, edit, share or create recordings, including ad-hoc and scheduled (timetabled) recordings.

Where can I go for help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Open an IT ticket. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
