What has happened?
On 30 September, Minerva experienced issues resulting in slow page load times between approximately 09:20 am and 09:35 am.
What is happening now?
Services have now been restored, although some users may still have experienced slowness or access issues during the times noted above. Our supplier is continuing to investigate the cause to prevent the issue from recurring.
