Minerva Progress Tracking not working for Web Links

We have been advised of an issue in Minerva where Progress Tracking is not working for Web Link content.

Web links can be identified in the module content by the link icon.

How will this affect me?

When a student clicks a link this isn't tracked, and it won't give them the option to manually mark it as complete. Student Progress reports will not show whether students have accessed the link.

Links included in Learning Modules that have forced sequence enabled are not impacted by this issue.

What happens next?

We have escalated the issue with our supplier and will update when we have further information.
