Minerva Unexpected Downtime: 7th August 2025
What’s happening?
Minerva was affected by unexpected service disruption between 8:56-9:02 pm and 9:59-10:03 pm BST on 7th August during the scheduled monthly update.
What are we doing about it?
Following immediate intervention by our supplier, full availability was restored and the upgrade completed. We are continuing to monitor and investigate this issue alongside our vendor.
How can I keep updated on this issue?
- We will post any further updates as a Systems Update in the Digital Education Network (DEN). Staff who are not members can request to join the Digital Education Network.
