Minerva is currently experiencing performance issues. The Activity Stream is not loading and staff may experience issues copying content between or within modules and organisations. Emails from announcements are also not being sent/received.
Our vendor attempted to fix issues last night but unfortunately this was not successful. They are investigating these issues as a matter of urgency. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
If you need to send emails to students via Minerva, please use the Email Tool rather than Announcements until this issue is resolved. This has been tested and is working. Please read our email tool guide for further information.
