Resolved: PebblePad Service Disruption 28 April

On Monday 28 April 2025, PebblePad experienced unplanned downtime which affected services across the UK between 9:12am and 12:21pm.

How did this affect PebblePad?

During this period, PebblePad experienced slow response times and intermittent timeouts.

Although it remained largely available, with content available to read, the service was affected to such a degree that it should be regarded as not usable between the times 8:00am-12:30pm on Monday 28 April 2025.

What happens now?

The issue has now been resolved.  If you are experiencing further technical issues, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken? This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
