Resolved: Errors accessing files in Minerva

What happened?

Some users have been experiencing issues opening files on Minerva coming up with a 404 error on the Microsoft Edge browser, or a resource not found error on a number of different browsers.

The cause has been identified for both errors. A fix has been applied by the vendor which resolved the ‘resource not found' error. The 404 error has been fixed by an update to the Microsoft Edge browser. Edge browsers version 98.0.1108.50 or higher no longer exhibit the error.

We have tested this and can confirm that the issues are no longer present. Apologies for any disruption caused.
