Resolved: Turnitin Unexpected Service Degradation
Our supplier has reported that Turnitin experienced a service degradation on which may have affected some users accessing Turnitin between 21:00 BST 7 August to 17:15 BST 9 August.
What happened?
Some users may have experienced intermittent issues with generation of Similarity Reports and/or digital receipts.
The supplier has resolved the issue.
