Resolved: Turnitin Unexpected Service Issue 2nd November 2023
The Turnitin issues reported earlier today have been resolved. Staff and students should be able to access Turnitin as normal.
What happened?
Due to an unexpected service incident staff and students were unable to access Turnitin. The service was affected between 11:42 and 14:16 GMT. The supplier has resolved the issue and access to Turnitin has been restored.
We apologise for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused. We will continue to monitor the service closely until the end of the day.
