Resolved with workaround - Turnitin Issue reported 15 Feb

After liaising with the vendor, it is advised that adaptive release settings used on Turnitin assignments must not have a start date that is after the due date in the assignment settings.

If the start date set in Minerva is set to be after the assignment due date, then the following error message will appear for staff when trying to access an assignment:

Students trying to look at their feedback will also see an error message.

If instructors can see this error occurring on any assignments, please turn off or amend the adaptive release settings in order to resolve the issue.
