What's happening?

Planned maintenance of Turnitin will take place from 4.00pm to 10.00pm BST on Saturday 9 August 2025.

How will this affect me?

During this time, Turnitin and Gradescope, including access via Minerva, will not be available.

If you are using a Blackboard Assignment which includes a Turnitin Originality report, the report will not process until the maintenance is complete and Turnitin services are restored.

Where can I get help?

If you experience technical issues after the maintenance period, you can log in to the IT website and search for: Something broken? This will direct you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and provide details of your issue.
