What's happening?

Turnitin will undergo an eight-hour maintenance period from 2.00pm to 10.00pm BST on Saturday 17 August 2024.

How will this affect me?

During this time, Turnitin and Gradescope, including access via Minerva, will not be available. Please be aware of this maintenance period if you have any submissions planned during the August re-sit period.

Where can I get help?

If you experience technical issues after the maintenance period, you can log in to the IT website and search for: Something broken? This will direct you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and provide details of your issue.
