Turnitin and Gradescope: Scheduled Maintenance Saturday 12 August 2023

What's happening?

An eight-hour scheduled maintenance will take place on the Turnitin and Gradescope systems on Saturday 12 August 2023, between 15:00 to 23:00 BST.

In addition, the Gradescope website will be unavailable between 17:00 to 19:00 BST on this date, and all features of Gradescope will be unavailable during this time.

How does it affect me?

Turnitin services, including Gradescope LTI 1.3 integrations, will not be available during this period. This includes access via Minerva and the mobile application.

Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Open an IT ticket. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
