What's happening?

Turnitin will undergo a four-hour maintenance window between 16:30 to 20:30 GMT on Saturday 27 January 2024.

How does it affect me?

During this period Turnitin and Gradescope will be impacted and users may experience small periods of service disruption. This includes access via Minerva and the mobile application.

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, please log into the IT website and search: Submit a Request. This will take you to a form where you can create a request and record the details of your issue.
