What's happening?

Turnitin will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday 28 October 2023, from 9:00am to 9:30am BST.

How does it affect me?

During this period Turnitin services, including Gradescope LTI 1.3 integrations, will not be available. This includes access via Minerva and the mobile application.

Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Open an IT ticket. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
