What's happening?

Turnitin will undergo a four-hour maintenance window between 14:00 to 18:00 GMT on Saturday 16 March 2024.

How will this affect me?

During this period Turnitin and Gradescope users may experience service disruption and some services will be unavailable. This includes access via Minerva and the mobile application.

The following will be unavailable:

  • Turnitin Similarity
  • Gradescope access via Minerva
  • Gradescope exporting submissions
  • Gradescope Code Similarity Reports

Other Turnitin and Gradescope features may experience periods of disruption.

Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken?. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
