Turnitin assignments grades may not be showing in Gradebook

What's happening?

Some students are finding that they cannot see their Turnitin grades in the Minerva Gradebook after the School has marked their assignment. The marks are not displaying in the Gradebook. When opening the submission area, the assignment grades and feedback are shown.

What do I need to do?

Students should return to the submission area in Minerva and open the submission in Turnitin. You will be able to view your grade. You can also select the grade to open the Turnitin paper and view any feedback comments.

What happens next?

Our supplier is aware and working to resolve this issue and we will provide updates as we have them.
