Turnitin assignments sometimes incorrectly showing to students as late or unopened.
What's happening?
Some students are finding that after submitting their Turnitin assignments, Minerva incorrectly shows the assignment as 'Unopened'. When opening the submission area, the assignment is still listed as submitted in Turnitin.
What do I need to do?
Submission receipts are the proof that students have submitted their work. Students should download their submission receipt when they submit, but they can also return to the submission and download the receipt if they didn't do it initially.
What happens next?
We have reported this issue to our supplier and will provide updates as we have them.
