Turnitin: Service Incident

Service Disruption

The Digital Education Systems Team have been informed that there was an unexpected service degradation on Sunday 5th February and users of Turnitin may have experienced issues with access via the Minerva integration.

Turnitin is the University’s plagiarism detection and marking tool.

This may have resulted in users being unable to access Turnitin between 01:43 and 11:43 GMT on Sunday 5th February 2023. Turnitin have resolved the issue and the service is working normally.
