Turnitin Unexpected Service Degradation 02 January

Turnitin was affected by a service degradation on which may have affected some users accessing Turnitin.

Turnitin have resolved the issue, and this continues to be monitored.

What happened?

Some users may have experienced issues when attempting to download Similarity Reports or Digital Receipts between 01:00 and 02:44 GMT  on 2 January.
