Resolved: Turnitin Unexpected Service Degradation
Our supplier has reported that Turnitin was affected by a service degradation which may have affected some users accessing Turnitin.
Turnitin have resolved the issue.
What happened?
Some users may have experienced intermittent slowness with generation of Similarity Reports when accessing Turnitin via Minerva between 00:00 and 06:30 GMTÂ on 18 November.
