Turnitin Unexpected Service Degradation 28 October

Our supplier has reported that Turnitin was affected by a service degradation on which may have affected some users accessing Turnitin.

Turnitin have resolved the issue.

What happened?

Some users may have experienced intermittent slowness when accessing Turnitin via Minerva between 14:30 and 19:05 GMT  on 28 October.
