Staff and students may be unable to access Minerva. The issue began at approximately 10.20am.
What are we doing about it?
We’re working with our colleagues in IT, and the vendor, to fix the issue as soon as possible. As part of the troubleshooting process, there may be short periods where Minerva is not available. In the periods where it is available, you may find that it works slowly, or takes a long time to load.
