Create a Minerva Document - Staff Guide
You can create a Document to present a combination of content from the Module Content page. For example, you can include introductory text for a lesson, an audio file of a lecture, an image, or knowledge checks.
When students open the Document, the materials you added are all presented together on one page. Students see the content just as you see it, without the editing options.

Minerva Documents allow you to:
- Create multi-column and row content blocks that can display text, images and video.
- Add styling to blocks, to emphasise content
- Create knowledge checks (AI can be used if preferred), providing instant feedback to students.
- Upload files from your machine, OneDrive or the Content Collection.
- Convert files for inline display (PDF, PowerPoint (ppt, pptx, pps), and Word (doc, docx, odt).)
- Enable class conversations so your students can ask questions based on the document content.
- Print or save to PDF.
There is also AI functionality which will add images, knowledge checks and formatting your content. Changes need to be checked by you and saved before students see this. When you edit a Document, click the AI symbol to see suggestions:
