Issue with Minerva Microsoft Teams

Staff are currently unable to create new Minerva Class Teams via Minerva modules and organisations. Direct links to Minerva Class Teams are also not displaying in Minerva at present.

We have escalated this issue with the vendor as a matter of urgency, and we will provide an update once this issue has been resolved.

While the issue is ongoing existing Minerva Class Teams can be accessed directly using Microsoft Teams and any changes to Minerva module enrolments will continue to update in Minerva Class Teams. Please note that this issue doesn’t affect the ability to create or link to Microsoft Teams Meetings in Minerva which can continue to be linked to or added via the Content Market in modules or organisations.
