Turnitin assignment grades syncing to gradebook before feedback release date

What's happening?

There is an intermittent issue where grades are being posted to gradebook from Turnitin Feedback Studio before the feedback release dates. This means that marks may be released during the marking process and before you want students should have access to the grades. To date, we have had one report of this happening.

What do I need to do?

As a workaround, staff will need to hide the assignment while marking is ongoing. Please follow the steps in our guide on hiding grades and assessments to hide the item in the gradebook.

What happens next?

Our supplier is aware and working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as we have them.
