Update: Issue with Microsoft Education link

In August, we reported an intermittent issue affecting the visibility of the Enable/Open Microsoft Education (formerly Microsoft Teams) link in Minerva modules and organisations. This issue has now been resolved.

A separate issue has been identified where the link is hidden due to third-party cookies being blocked on University of Leeds computers and virtual desktops. Colleagues are working on updating the configuration of University-managed devices to allow third-party cookies, which will fix this problem.

In the meantime, if you are affected by this issue—or if you are using Safari, which does not allow third-party cookies by default—you will need to enable third-party cookies manually in your browser settings to access the Microsoft Education link in Minerva.
