Minerva Messages are being incorrectly emailed to people with inactive enrolments in Minerva modules and organisations.

From 20 February you will no longer have the choice to upload new videos to Stream (Classic).

Turnitin have updated the default class expiry date to twelve months

There is an intermittent issue, which is affecting some users, where a grade entered in the Turnitin Feedback Studio is not being posted to the module Gradebook in Minerva.

There is an unexpected service issue and users of Turnitin may be experiencing system issues.

When using the arrows to move back and forth between group assignment submissions from the Gradebook, the submission file does not update, making it seem that the groups all submitted the same file.

Turnitin has scheduled maintenance from Saturday 14th January 2023, 17:00 to Sunday 15th January 01:00 GMT

The issue affecting Minerva Class Teams is now resolved.

Staff are currently unable to create new Minerva Class Teams via Minerva modules and organisations. Direct links to Minerva Class Teams are also not displaying in Minerva at present.

The January update to Minerva introduces updates to Messages, Tests, Gradebook and Discussions.

Colleagues in OD&PL are offering PebblePad training sessions week commencing the 9th of January 2023.

Gradescope has scheduled maintenance from Saturday 14th January 2023, 17:00 to Sunday 15th January 01:00 GMT. During this period there will be interrupted service.

On Monday 31st October there will be 30 minutes of potential downtime from 7 am whilst PebblePad implement their latest release.

New and experienced academic personal tutors may be interested in the session on how to build authentic tutor/tutee relationships.

There appears to be an issue with the page trying to resize inbox columns when it is above a certain pixel size. Colleagues may see the inbox window rapidly flickering and will be unable to unable open any of the submissions.

To resolve an issue where some staff users have reported that they are not able to see the Microsoft Teams link in Minerva modules, the vendor will be carrying out maintenance.

The issue affecting file uploads in Minerva is now resolved.

There is currently an issue where users may not be able to upload files within Minerva intermittently.

The October update to Minerva introduces the staff view of progress tracking functionality in Ultra Course View modules. There also improvements to Tests and the rendering of Math Formulas.

Mediasite is experiencing performance issues including missing functionality and permissions issues.

There is a known issue affecting the roster sync of students between Minerva modules and the Turnitin assignment inbox. Staff may see the following error message when attempting to open the assignment inbox. "The membership service encountered some errors. Staff can now create Microsoft Class Teams directly within Minerva Ultra Course View modules and organisations.

The new LeedsforLife systems – PebblePad, StREAM@Leeds and Microsoft Bookings with me – will support APT in their roles. There are currently three training options available.

The ability to create Microsoft Class Teams will be made available to staff on Tuesday 20th September.

A recent Minerva update now means you can create Groups Sets and add members via CSV upload.

Gradescope have introduced a new look to the Create Assignment workflow. Create Assignments has moved to a separate page to provide instructors more screen space and allow more space for upcoming section management features. Gradescope guidance has been updated to reflect this change.

The issue affecting Grade Centre columns for Turnitin assignments in Original Course View (21/22 modules and earlier) first reported in July and resulting in the column being un-hidden from students after making changes to the assignment settings within the Turnitin interface has been resolved.
