Minerva – Issues with uploading files
There is currently an issue where users may not be able to upload files within Minerva intermittently.

Staff can now create Microsoft Class Teams directly within Minerva Ultra Course View modules and organisations.
The new LeedsforLife systems – PebblePad, StREAM@Leeds and Microsoft Bookings with me – will support APT in their roles. There are currently three training options available.

The issue affecting Grade Centre columns for Turnitin assignments in Original Course View (21/22 modules and earlier) first reported in July and resulting in the column being un-hidden from students after making changes to the assignment settings within the Turnitin interface has been resolved.

To resolve an issue where data feeds did not run on the 24 June, the vendor will be carrying out maintenance.

The University’s Reading List tool is changing ahead of the 2022/23 academic year. Support sessions and demos are available for tutors to update their reading lists using the new system. Instructors can now improve the accessibility of content within Collaborate sessions by creating captions for recorded modules.

In an attempt to resolve the recent issues with Minerva, our vendor will apply a fix overnight. The fix will be applied on Wednesday 25 May 02:00-05:00 BST.
It is currently not possible to disable/enable the Top Hat Gradebook from the Top Hat course settings panel. Checking or unchecking the box and pressing Save does not result in your change being saved.
